Los Compas is a creative cuisine proposal by Chef Mario Peralta and Juan Cabrera based on traditional Mexican dishes made from corn, combining the use of ingredients from the center of the country and Baja California. Los Compas is located in the Rocasa Shopping Center in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, and opened its doors on July 26, 2018.
